Bed and Breakfast Description

Our Chesapeake Bay, Maryland Inn is located in four historic houses. The main building houses eight guest rooms, the Spa, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Directly across the street from the main house is the original Inn where two historic homes were joined together; we have three Suites and three queen size rooms in this building.

Our fourth house is our newest addition where the Breakfast Room is located as well as five Suites and one queen room. On site parking is available at both locations. All rooms have a private bathroom with whirlpool tub, gas log fireplaces, porches, AC, cable TV with VCR, & CD Players.

Area Attractions and Activities:

St. Michaels offers a charming and peaceful haven for a relaxing stay. Take a step back in time and enjoy a leisurely stroll amongst the historic streets. Shopping and eating are frequent past-times here or you can enjoy the beautiful Miles River and its many attractions including sailing, fishing and guided tours. Golfing, cycling and walking are popular, but you can also relax and enjoy the escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Stroll the main street, browsing boutiques ranging from handmade candies to waterfowl replicas and local artwork. Enjoy fresh local blue crabs at one of the waterfront crab houses with ale and corn on the cob or crab cake sandwiches and soup at Michael Rork's Town Dock Restaurant. The dinning room commands spectacular views over the harbor, and chef Rork's menu compliments the specialties of the Bay. Once you've enjoyed the treasures of the bay, a relaxing massage and a warm fireplace welcome you home.
