Pura Vida USA is a B&B and Wellness Retreat Center located on 72 acres near the historic gold-rush town of Dahlonega, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just over an hour north of Atlanta.

Bed and Breakfast Description

The main house is a reproduction 1920-style Farmhouse with a wraparound porch that provides spectacular and relaxing views of the Chattahoochee National Forest and beyond. The fresh air will instantly begin to lull you out of your big-city blues, and our outdoor jacuzzi, nature trails and Spa treatments will take care of your body & spirit.

Delight in the panoramic view from our large front porch, or walk among the mountain laurel, great oaks, pines and dogwoods. Spend time in our colorful perennial gardens or feed the bass and catfish at Willow Pond, or walk the trails in the woods. Blueberries abound on the property, especially in late summer.

Please note, the resort is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for B&B guests.

Our 16 rooms available in the main Farmhouse, Barn House and Cottage have beautiful views either of the English style wildflower gardens, the mountains or the woods.

Our 8 cabins, fondly called "Bear Dens" are private cabins in the woods surrounding the property. All of the cabins have a small refrigerator and its own coffee maker, making it just perfect.

Most Popular Rooms:

One of our more popular rooms is Bear Den Cabin Number 16 which has a king bed, is nestled in the woods, and has a sitting area as well. This is often times referred to as the Honeymoom Cabin.
