Apalachicola, Florida bed and breakfast: Bryant House B&B
Originally built about 1897, the house has seen days of grandeur and poverty. The porch, now outfitted with wicker rockers and cast iron tables & chairs formerly had fishing nets hanging from the rafters for repair and drying. The wood floors are all heart pine and show the years of polish and luster. The kitchen was added as a separate building some years later, and sometime prior to 1936, it was joined to the house proper. This historic inn was built by Billy Bryant, a black builder of houses and boats.

Wake up to a great German style breakfast of fresh rolls and bread, an assortment of hams and sausages, a selection of cheeses, homemade jams, fresh honey, juice, a boiled egg, and rich freshly brewed European coffee.

Breakfasts are prepared with the diabetic in mind with homemade jams made with fructose, Nutrasweet, or other diabetic tolerant sweeteners. We understand the requirements for diabetic individuals and will cater to your specific needs.
