 At the Virginia Rose Bed & Breakfast, you are invited to browse through the house decorated with period furnishings and decor. The house and original red barn sit in a unique setting, on a tree-covered acre in the middle of a subdivision. Guests are thrilled to find this sanctuary in the middle of a city. A TV and VCR, as well as books, games, and puzzles are there for guests' use, or, you are welcome to sit at the piano and play a tune. Guests at Virginia Rose Bed & Breakfast are served hearty homemade breakfasts, varying from Egg Strata to Quiche, fruit brunch cup to fresh baked muffins or biscuits. The table is set with Virginia Rose dishes that have been lovingly collected for years. Area Attractions and Activities: Bass Pro Shop & Museum, Wilson's Creek National Battlefield, fantastic caverns, Silver Dollar City, miniature golf, zoo, nature center & trails. The adjoining bath features a corner sink and nostalgic lace-surrounded clawfoot tub original to the house. The Rambling Rose Suite: Consists of two bedrooms with connecting door. Enjoy the appeal of white wicker, pedestal sink, and an oak-carved beveled mirror. The adjoining room offers a rustic cabin-like atmosphere with a Jenny Lind bed and matching daybed. |
