The common rooms on the Main Floor are anything but common. Upon entering River Run, you will likely find yourself drawn to the warmth of the front-parlor hearth, surrounded by books, games and piano.

Step into the oak-floored dining room, bathed in the colors of the inn's signature stained-glass windows, and enjoy delectable breakfasts and refreshments.

River Run's outdoor setting beckons you to explore its acre of backyard, which slopes gently to the Bushkill Stream. Enjoy the sound of the water while lounging in the hammock. Renew your energy and balance while walking our classic seven circuit labyrinth. Or simply relax in an Adirondack chair on the front porch and watch the town go by.

A short walk brings you to tennis courts, village swimming pool, park & playground, museum, library, Roberts Auction, live music and restaurants. Just minutes away are the magnificent hiking trails of the "forever wild" Catskill Forest Preserve, golf, fishing, horseback riding, antiquing, Delaware & Ulster Rail Ride, tubing, mountain biking and some of the best skiing in the Northeast at Belleayre Mountain and Ski Plattekill.

Most Popular Rooms:

The Delaware: Our "showpiece" room. Features a king size bed, full private bath with shower/tub, color TV and small sitting area. Decorated with rose colored floral wallpaper complemented by Oriental rugs.

Retro Suite: Located on the ground floor of the Inn and decorated with the 60's in mind, the suite has a king room with shower bath, a room with 2 twin beds & bath w/clawfoot tub, a full kitchen, sitting area with TV/VCR & private backyard entrance.
