Your day may begin with fresh baked ginger scones, followed by seasonal fruit topped with cannoli cream and cinnamon straw. For the main course, you may enjoy an entrée of roasted red pepper and Gruyere soufflé accompanied by hickory-smoked bacon glazed in a raspberry chipotle sauce. A sweet finish may include blueberry cheesecake crêpes with Crème Anglaise.

Relaxed Elegance... In the evening, indulge in wine and appetizers while basking in spectacular sunsets from the garden or spend crisp evenings relaxing with a glass of port by the warm glow of the living room fire.
