Bed and Breakfast Description

Kennedy Manor was built before the Civil War and beautifully restored in 1989. The home has 6 guestrooms with private baths, TV, telephones, individual climate controls and ceiling fans. Guests are invited to enjoy the music parlor with the baby grand piano and antique Packard pump organ, full library, the many porches or the private gardens with gold fish pond and fountains.

A full, gourmet breakfast is included with each night's stay. Kennedy Manor is located within easy walking distance of downtown Jefferson and the many antique shops, museums, restaurants and live music venues.

The Dougherty Suite: With 14 foot ceilings, remains a favorite room. The 1820 half tester bed, carved rocker, and nightstands add to the beauty of the room. The spacious bathroom has a stained glass skylight and a huge walk-in shower.

Pauline's Room: A favorite upstairs room and perfect for small groups or friends. The room features 2 queen beds, a private bath, and a private balcony with table and chairs that overlooks downtown Jefferson.
