 A lovely 1906 Victorian in a residential neighborhood of historic downtown Prescott. Guests are treated to bright, spacious, air conditioned rooms with rich, traditional furnishings, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans and private bathrooms. The living room is appointed with a fireplace and comfortable seating areas. Outside, the inviting porches are arranged with cozy wicker furnishings, providing guests with quiet places to relax after the three block walk from the historic Courthouse Plaza and downtown shops, museums, galleries and restaurants. Enjoy a full breakfast in the dining room or on the outside, covered porch. There are four guestrooms in the house - two suites, one with a fireplace and the other with a private deck as well as two standard rooms. Rooms were beautifully redecorated in 2005. Area Attractions and Activities: Twice the territorial capitol of Arizona, Prescott is rich in history. From the World's Oldest Rodeo to the beautiful mile-high golf courses, Prescott has something for everyone to see or do - antique shops, art galleries, museums, casinos, hiking, biking, fine dining, historic "Whiskey Row" or just people watching at the historic downtown Courthouse Plaza. Jerome, Sedona, the Verde Valley, Wickenburg and the Grand Canyon are all easy day trips from Prescott.
