Monteagle Inn is a 13-suite B&B situated atop the beautiful Cumberland Plateau in Monteagle, Tennessee. Beautifully appointed interiors, balconies, patios, courtyards, gardens, and a wonderful front porch create a comfortable European atmosphere.

Bed and Breakfast Description

The Inn is the perfect location for weddings, banquets, receptions, reunions, conferences and retreats. Our dining room seats 70 for receptions, banquets and conferences. Our Conference Room comfortably accommodates 45 people for retreats and conferences.

Picturesque balconies, a spacious front porch, and garden courtyards provide gracious outdoor relaxation.

You are greeted by warm Mediterranean colors and soft music as you enter the Inn's foyer. The living areas of the Inn are outfitted with overstuffed furnishings washed by accent lighting, and graced with special antiques.

As you step into our home, we welcome you to make it yours also.

We invite you to experience the mountaintop and all its seasons at the Monteagle Inn. Our large living room with four distinct sitting areas encourages you to curl up on one of the oversized sofas with a good book from our shelves. A welcoming fire in the cool month makes even the most relaxed guest even lazier. Inside entertainment options range from cable television, movies on the VCR, a game of chess on the antique French game board, or books from our library nook. Hot cookies and flavored teas ward off the munchies.

The spacious dining room, which seats 70, is filled with light from the multitude of windows on all three sides. Provencal linens grace the windows and tables.

Suite #2: Our most popular room for special getaways, anniversaries and honeymoons. A corner room, it features a 4 poster king bed in an oversized room, with comfortable chairs, loveseat, Oriental rugs, antique prints and writing desk.

Suite # 10: A corner queen room with 2 French doors opening onto balconies overlooking the garden and patio. These combined with 4 windows result in a beautiful, refreshing room.
