Bed and Breakfast Description

The charming guestrooms feature canopy featherbeds, antiques, fireplaces, and/or Jacuzzis. Luxurious bathrooms and amenities. Complimentary afternoon tea, turndown service, wake-up tray and breakfast.

Nine guestrooms have been restored within the mansion. Twenty seven additional rooms and suites are located in the unique outbuildings. Each of these special guestrooms has its own fireplace and is furnished with a queen size or king size bed.

Located beside the formal gardens, The Ice House has the atmosphere of an English cottage. The Cottage offers a private stay in the original plantation office.

The Barn has two rooms, each with its own private deck overlooking woods and a brook. The Carriage House has most recently been restored into six magnificent suites with all of the amenities imaginable. The Smith House hosts three more suites, each luxuriously outfitted for the perfect stay. The Birnie and Annan Houses has 7 additional rooms, most with king size beds, cable TV, phone and Internet access.

Taney Suite: Located in the Smith House, features beautiful views of the gardens and mansion from its private deck, a large dressing room, study, a queen sized feather bed, which overlooks the double Jacuzzi and separate double steam shower.

Elizabeth Suite: Located in our Annan House, contains a four poster king size bed with feather mattress, double Jacuzzi with separate shower, gas fireplace, dressing room, rafter ceilings, Internet access, and beautiful period paintings.
