December is a fun filled month, with the world famous Authentically Bahamian Christmas Craft Show held from Dec 5-7 - a mega event showcasing the talents and high quality handmade products of local artisans - and Junkanoo on Dec 26 and New Year's Day, the highlight of the Bahamian calendar of events, with colorful costumes, themes, dance, and music that will hypnotize you with it's rhythm. Junkanoo is a tradition that dates back to slavery, and the costumes reflect the colorful, exotic African heritage of the Bahamian people. It starts at 1am and goes on until..............!

Most Popular Rooms:

Our most popular room is the Exuma room. It's pastel pink and green decor is restful, and the Androsia fabric curtains and accents add Bahamian charm and cheer.

The smallest of our rooms does not have a kitchen, and is intended for shorter stays. It is dedicated to our exciting cultural festival, held the day after Christmas/New Year's Day. Images of Junkanoo in Ann Gay's vibrant photos add to the decor.
