Charmingly converted from a private residence to a Guesthouse, Residence Cą Dario offers impeccably clean rooms, simply but tastefully furnished, air-conditioned and most have a view over a characteristic Venetian waterway where frequently you may see gondola's serenade.

Residenza Cą Dario does not have a breakfast room but guests will find snacks, tea, coffee and cappuccino making facilities in the common hall.

All rooms are modern, simply and comfortably furnished, non-smoking and air-conditioned throughout and most have a view over a nearby waterway or on the private courtyard.

Our guests can find accommodations with a bathroom 'en-suite', as well as rooms with shared bathrooms with only a wash-basin provided in the room. These rooms are really well appreciated by young people and easy going travelers.

Apartments also available, they are situated at 15 minutes walking distance. The apartments are composed of one bedroom with 4 beds, kitchen and bathroom, A/V and Tv each. They can be ad-joined to accommodate up to 8 persons. Linens, towels and end of stay cleaning provided. Breakfast not included.

All rooms are air-conditioned and overlooking the waterway. Some rooms are shared bathroom, others with private bathroom. Cable TV available only in en-suite rooms.

Area Attractions and Activities:

It is situated close to Piazzale Roma and 5 minutes from Santa Lucia railway station.

Though easily reached by public transport, Residenza Cą Dario lies in one of the most tranquil and 'Venetian' parts of Venice and is close to some of the city's greatest architectural and artistic treasure.

The apartments are located in the most characteristic quarter of Venice: Cannaregio, near the Jewish Ghetto and the Casino.

Most Popular Rooms:

Junior Suite: This family room is composed of one double bed, two single beds, bathroom, kitchenette with breakfast ingredients provided, TV, A/C and over-looking a Venetian canal. The room is characterized by the ceiling made of ancient wooden beams.

Double Room Shared Bathroom: Room with double bed or "French bed", provided with wash-basin, towels and A/C. The breakfast is served in a gracious basket, tea and coffee making facilities are available in the common hall.

Conditions: - CHECK-IN from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Please notify arrival time in advance especially if this is likely to be out-of-hours. - CHECK-OUT by 10.00 AM - A Credit Card number or deposit will be required at the time of booking as guarantee of reservation. A valid passport or identity card is also required. Cancellation charges: - Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival or 'No Shows', must pay the price quoted for the first night.
