This pleasant hotel, 33 rooms (60 beds) is the oldest in Montreux, dating from 1829. Hotel Masson is situated near famous Chillon Castle, close to the lake, the woods, just 20 minutes walk from the center of Montreux along the lakeside promenade.

Built between 1829 and 1832, great effort has been made to maintain the traditional appearance of the premises, with its high ceilings and old, meticulously crafted parquet floor.

At the Masson, we strive to combine the charm of the past with the comfort of the present in a particularly cozy environment is a daily ritual.

In 1999 the hotel received the 2nd prize from International Council of Monuments and Sites, "as the hotel of the year" for its conversational style, and tradition of enterprise. Belong to Swiss Historic Hotels and Historic Hotel of Europe.
