Cashel House Hotel
County Galway, Ireland.
Cashel House Hotel is an elegant country manor set in a beautiful garden by the sea. Connemara pony breeding & horseback riding on site. Near a huge wilderness touring area. There are 19 rooms & 13 suites with a fine dining restaurant on the premises.
Bed and Breakfast Description

Standing at the head of Cashel Bay is a mid-19th century gracious house, owned and run by Dermot & Kay McEvilly. Cashel House Hotel is set on 50-acres of award winning gardens.
Luxury and tranquility are offered to discerning guests in an atmosphere created by turf and log fires and tastefully decorated rooms with a fine collection of antiques. A friendly and helpful staff and full central heating add to each guests comfort. It was in Cashel House that the late General and Madame de Gaulle spent two weeks of their Irish holiday in 1969.
Connemara`s hundreds of lakes, rivers and mountain land, as well as the island studded Cashel Bay combine to provide our choicest food - fresh lobsters, mussels, clams, scallops, salmon, mackerel, brill, turbot and trout. Choice meats and poultry are also featured on the menu - Connemara lamb, Irish beef, venison, quail and guinea fowl are complimented by a wide variety of fresh vegetables from the organic gardens.
These are then carefully cooked under the supervision of our skilled team of chefs and served by Ray Doorley and his efficient, personable team. Cashel House's extensive wine list provides the perfect accompaniment.
A large conservatory extension enhances a well-appointed split-level dining room. Guest may choose to dine in the airy, bright conservatory or in the original dining room with its antique tables and numerous original works of art.
The romantic setting makes Cashel House an ideal place to hold a wedding reception
