Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 2 cups 

Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 jalepeno pepper, seeded
1/2 medium onion
6 tomatillos
1 ripe mango
salt to taste



Instructions:
Place all ingredients except mango and salt in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. Peel and cut the mango into small pieces, add to the mixture. Add salt to taste. Keep refrigerated.
