 Low Carb Bacon, Ham & Cheese Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:
10 eggs
2 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 pound ham, chopped
3 cups Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray or butter two pie pans.

Whisk together eggs, milk and nutmeg. Mix bacon, ham and cheese into the egg mixture. Pour into 2 pie pans and bake for 1 hour or until done.



Notes:
This crustless quiche is a simple way to make those watching their carb intake happy, as well as the rest of us. Recipe can easily be halved to make one pie.
