Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
Pancake:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 cup butter
powdered sugar

Apples:

2 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 424 degrees. Combine flour, milk, eggs, and nutmeg. Beat lightly, leaving batter a bit lumpy. Melt 1/4 C. butter in 12 inch ovenproof skillet. When hot, pour in pancake batter. Bake in oven 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. While pancake is baking, saute apples in remaining butter until softened. Add sugar and cinnamon and stir. After removing pancake from oven, top with sauteed apples and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
