Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
White Chocolate Glaze below:

White Chocolate Streusel:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white baking chips
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened

White Chocolate Glaze:
1/2 cup white baking chips
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons water

Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour angel food cake pan (tube pan), 10x4 inches. Make White Chocolate Streusel; set aside.
2. Beat flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, milk, and egg with electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
3. Spread two-thirds of the batter in pan. Top with berries. Carefully spread remaining batter over strawberries. Sprinkle streusel over batter.
4. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Drizzle White Chocolate Glaze over warm coffee ring. Serve warm.

White Chocolate Streusel:
Heat all ingredients in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and thin to drizzle.
