I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons real vanilla extract
1/8 cup Grand Marnier liqueur
1 tablespoon or more cinnamon
2 1/4 cups milk
8 slices of 1 1/4" thick Sour Dough French bread

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix first four ingredients. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon on top of mixture to cover, and mix well with a whisk. Add milk and mix well. 1 hour before serving, slice the bread into thick slices and place in a pyrex dish. Pour marinade over bread slices. Let sit 1/2 hours; then turn slices over to marinade on the other side for 1/2 hour. If time allows, bread can be marinated longer. Butter hot griddle and cook. It doesn't take long. Feel for firmness to see when it is done.
