Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
1 lbs. butter
6 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 banana
4 cups flour
1 cup berries

Hawthorne Inn Topping:
1/2 cup freshly whipped cream
1/2 cup fruited yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream


Instructions:
Mix first 8 ingredients extremely well until a smooth consistency is reached. Beat in the flour until well coated but do not overbeat. Pour 1/2 of mixture into pan, add a layer of berries, pour the rest of the mixture in. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours in a buttered and floured Bundt pan. Serve with Hawthorne Inn Topping.

Topping: Fold yogurt and sour cream into whipped cream and serve.
