Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Whether you're hosting a formal get-together or need a quick brunch idea, this book will spark your imagination and your appetite.

Ingredients:
4 ounces soft cream cheese
1 Tablespoon milk or half-and-half
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 ½ cups "Cool Whip" non-dairy topping
1 cup milk
1 graham cracker pie crust
2 packages instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon cloves

Instructions:
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and 1 tablespoon sugar until smooth. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread on bottom of crust.

Pour 1 cup milk into a bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat until well blended (mixture will be thick). Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer in pie crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
