Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
4 cups Granny Smith apples, chopped
2 cups rhubarb, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/3 cups old fasioned oats
1/2 cup butter, softened

Instructions:
Combine apples, rhubarb and lemon juice in a lightly oiled 2-quart baking dish; mix well. Sprinkle granulated sugar evenly over top of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl, mixing well. Top fruit mixture evenly with oat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
