Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 40 minPrep Time: 5 min
Yield: 6 servingsInactive Prep Time: 15 min

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup whole milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray custard cups or popover pans with oil that contains flour. Put all ingredients in order into a blender. Blend 15 seconds, scrape the sides and blend 15 seconds more. Pour into cups or pans, 2/3 full. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes more. Remove from pans and serve immediately.

Notes:
Popovers may be kept hot up to 30 minutes in a 200 degree oven after removing them from their pans. Put them directly on the oven racks.
