Ingredients:
1 package of yellow cake mix
3 eggs, divided
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 large can (1lb, 14 oz) pumpkin pie mix
2/3 cup milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine

Mix cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter. Save 1 cup for topping. Place the rest in bottom of 9x13 pan that has only the bottom greased. Mix pumpkin, 2 eggs, and milk and put on top of crust. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes:
NOT for breakfast! We frequently serve 3 meals a day for groups and this is the most requested recipe. Better than pie!
