Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 45 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
12 eggs
4 Tbl. melted butter
16 oz. cottage cheese
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 4-oz. can chopped green chiles
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cumin

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Pour into well-greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with salsa and/or sour cream on the side.
