Our Favorite Strata Recipe

Cook Time: 55 min	Prep Time: 15 min
Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients:
12 slices Pepperidge Farm Original bread frozen
3/4lb. sharp cheddar cheese diced
10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli, cook & cool
2 cups diced cooked ham (small can)
6 Eggs slightly beaten
3 1/2 cups milk
2 tbs. minced onion
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
Using round cookie cutter or regular glass cut large circle from each slice of bread. Remove crusts and fit them into the bottom of 13x9x2" greased baking pan. Layer cheese, broccoli,diced ham. Arrange bread circles on top. Combine eggs, milk, minced onion,dry mustard and salt and pour all over top wetting all of the bread. Refridgerate overnight.
Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 55 minutes.

Notes:
Strata recipes can use any favorite ingredients such as: tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon etc. Create any strata you like.
