Yield: 6  

Ingredients:
White Bread
8 eggs
One Package of Frozen Berries
One Stick of Butter
One Package of Cream Cheese
Half and Half
Syrup

Instructions:
Spray a non stick casserole pan with Pam. Cube white bread and place layer in bottom of pan. Defrost berries and sprinkle over bread. Take cream cheese and dot all over the bread and berries. Cube enough white bread to cover the pan on top of the berries. Melt butter. Add eggs, half and half, butter and syrup together then pour over casserole. Let sit over night. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with additional syrup.

Notes:
Great for serving a crowd, all prep is done ahead of time so you can enjoy entertaining your guests while it bakes.
