Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 1 hrPrep Time: 10 hr
Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen country style hashbrowns
2 cups medium to hot green chiles (frozen is fine)
1 3-cup bag mexican grated cheese
12 eggs
2/3 cup half and half
1 tsp. garlic salt
salt/pepper


Instructions:
Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the hasbrowns in the bottom of the dish. Layer 1 cup of the green chile. Layer half the bag of cheese. Repeat the green chile layer and cheese layer.
Beat eggs with the cream and seasonings. Pour over the top of the layers.
Bake at 375 degrees for 50- minutes to an hour until golden brown on top and the eggs have set in the middle.
Serve with fresh tortillas, homemade salsa and sourcream if desired to make easy breakfast burritos.
