Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 40 minPrep Time: 20 min
Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
6 slices bread
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
As desired salt and pepper

Instructions:
1. Brown and drain the sausage well. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Grease a large baking dish. Break up the bread to cover bottom
of the dish. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper to tast. Pour over bread
mixture.
4. Bake 40 minutes, until brown and set. Serve with english
muffins and jam.
