Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 15 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
8 slices bread (your choice)
1/2 cup low fat milk
2 latge eggs
1 t cinnmaon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t cinammon
maple syrup, powdered sugar

Instructions:
preheat oven to 350
make 4 sandwiches by mashing bananas inside
whisk together milk, eggs and spices
soak sandwiches in mixture
lightly saute sandwiches on griddle, to brown each side..2 min per side
bake in oven 10 minutes
slice sandwiches, dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup
