Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Whether you're hosting a formal get-together or need a quick brunch idea, this book will spark your imagination and your appetite.

Cook Time: 35 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
6 cups Portuguese sweet bread or other left over white bread
about 4 Eggs
1 or 2 cups Milk
1 tsp Salt
cinnamon to taste
optional raisins or craisins, or nuts

Instructions:
This is a recipe to use the left over bread in your refrigerator.

Spray 9 x 12 baking pan with PAM. Tear up left over cinnamon
sweet bread and add to baking dish. Mix eggs milk, cinnamon and
salt. Pour over sweet bread and bake until firm.
350 degrees
We like to use Cinnamon Sensations Portuguese Sweet bread.



Notes:
Serve war.
Great with a lemon sauce.
( Lemon concentrate with sugar.)
