Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 7 servings 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter, chocolate, and chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler. Set aside. Beat eggs well until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar slowly while beating mixture. When smooth, stir in melted chocolate/butter mixture. Stir in vanilla. Fold in flour in small amounts until well blended. Batter will be stiff. Add marshmallows, blend well. Bake in a greased 8-inch square pan for 25-30 minutes. Cut when cool into bars. Serve with a scoop of coffee ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
